Product Warranty

We will warranty to the original purchaser/end-user a One Year Full Parts warranty for 12 months from the date of sale or demo start date. Warranty is applied at the discretion of Arch Cart Sanitizer if any part is found to be a manufacturer defect.
Included in our one-year warranty, Arch Cart Sanitizer will make a good faith effort to try to repair any defective parts. All repairs are at the discretion of Arch Cart Sanitizer. The unit may require shipment back to the Arch Cart Sanitizer warehouse for repairs. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the unit on a pallet to the Arch Cart Sanitizer facility for repair. Any incurred freight will be reimbursed to the customer within 30-days of the completed repair. If a repair claim is made and Arch Cart Sanitizer determines the defective parts are due to customer misuse of equipment, a $150 visit/repair fee may be charged on top of the repair cost for parts/time and/or if the “Arch” has to be shipped to our service facilities located in Tampa, FL  to be repaired. If found to be a misuse of equipment owner must pay all charges for shipping and transporting of your Arch to the service facilities. This warranty does not cover your Arch if the serial number or model number has been removed or made illegible or if your compressor has been a) damaged in transit or by fire, corrosion, moisture, or any other occurrence beyond our control, b) subjected to negligence or misuse, or c) operated or maintained contrary to our instructions. The cost of annual maintenance is not included under warranty coverage unless outlined. Service will be performed by the Arch facility service standards or by for/hire authorized service representatives.
